Our Trip to the Pumpkin Farm

This weekend, Dane and Sam came to visit! It rained ALLLLLLLL day Saturday, so unfortunately, we were FORCED to play Wii... hahaha!

On Sunday, after Derek made us a big breakfast of pancakes and bacon, we went to None Such Farm for some fall fun! We took a ride around the farm on a hay wagon, ate some apple cider donuts (YUM-O), and Brayden tried the hay maze!

Dan's wedding in NY

Bath time anatomy

Brayden is REALLY into learning colors, shapes, animals, numbers and letters these days... He knows 1, 2 and 3, and O, S, D & W so far... i know, random letters, but he picks them out everywhere we go! He's also getting really good at the "I Spy" game if you ask the "right questions" about cars, trucks, tractors and his latest favorite- PUMPKINS! He even learned to use his I Spy "goggles" (we put our hands in circles over our eyes to look thru- he just covers his eyes for the most part! hehe)

But here is a quick video of him showing off his "anatomy" in the bath tub.

The Gearhart Gang picked a peck of pickled pumpkins!

Well, not pickled per say, or a "peck," but we definitely picked out our pumpkins for the season!












The other day at preschool, a firetruck came to visit! Brayden kept saying his famous "Oooooo!" and really enjoyed it (although he did NOT like the fireman hat... we know what he's NOT going to be for halloween this year- anything that wears a hat!)









HAPPY FALL EVERYONE!! I just LOVE this season! (sweaters, coffee, chilli, the smell of leaves, reds/oranges/yellows, etc!!)
